Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment - Payment must be received before any item is shipped
  2. In Stock - This product is currently located in a warehouse that may be able to ship the product to you today. Same-day shipping cutoff times vary by warehouse location, and range from 2 PM to as late as 5 PM (Eastern); Monday thru Friday, orders placed during the weekend are filled on Monday. Same-day shipping applies only to credit-approved orders for items that are transmitted to the shipping warehouse before the cutoff time of that warehouse location. Credit approval and order transmission can take several minutes, and may take up to 24 hours for new customers and/or larger orders. We do not guarantee that your order will ship the same day it is received - an in-stock item can be shipped the same day for orders that meet the guidelines outlined above. Please plan your purchase accordingly.
  3. Insurance - If you choose not to purchase shipping insurance we can not be held responsible for products damaged in shipment. For your own protection, we advise purchasing insurance.
  4. Hardware Refund policy - If not satisfied within 15 days we will gladly refund your purchase price, less shipping and handling charges. Printer ribbon must be unopened. Item must be returned in original packaging with all accompanying material in tact and in resalable condition. A refund will be issued after the item is received and it is confirmed to be in sellable condition.
  5. Software Refund policy - Upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on CD-ROM or Internet download versions of software. Most software products are available for set trial periods during which you are allowed to examine and evaluate the software products prior to purchase. Please check the manufactures site for a trial version. It is your responsibility to ensure the software will run on your computer and will serve the purpose for which you purchase it. In the event that your software is delivered on damaged or defective media, we will send replacement media. New media will be issued after the item is received.
  6. Shipping outside U.S. - If we are shipping your order outside the U.S. your order could be delayed by your customs. Neither the shipping company nor we are responsible for delays in delivery times regardless of the "normal" shipping times as stated. Please plan your shipping requirements accordingly.

Our Security Policy

We are aware of your privacy concerns and strive to collect only as much data as is required to make your internet and/or product or service use experience as efficient and satisfying as possible, in the most unobtrusive manner as possible.

All credit card information is collected at the check-out stage by our SSL-secured payment processor. Your credit card number is not accessible by our company through the store-front software.

Call-In or Mail-In Payment Policy

We also accept call-in orders or mail-in payments if you do not wish to use our storefront payment system. Please note that orders will not be shipped until payment has been received. If the payment is by personal or company check, the check must clear the bank before the order will be shipped. If you created a customer account you can always log into your storefront account and check the status of any of your orders.

Your billing and shipping information will be required prior to shipment for our records. This information will not be shared with any third companies.

Billing/Shipping Information

Our storefront does collect your name, address, and other contact information that is necessary for providing our services and products. This information is stored in a protected database and treated as sensitive information. WE WILL NOT sell this information to any third parties nor give this information out except as may be required by law enforcement officials.

Password and User IDs

Your user ID and password, should be maintained as confidential and should not be shared with anyone or distributed or disclosed to third parties. It is your responsibility to notify us if you need to change or discontinue the user ID and password and you may do so by contacting by phone, fax or via email. It is also your responsibility to request such discontinuation immediately upon your knowledge or belief that such user ID and/or password is or may be subject to a breach of confidentiality.

Cookies

You should be aware that non-personal information and data may be automatically collected through the standard operation of our internet servers or through the use of "cookies." Cookies are small text files a Web Site can use to recognize repeat users. We may use cookies to recognize visitors and more quickly provide personalized content or grant you unimpeded access to registered areas of our web site. Information gathered through cookies also helps us measure use of our site. Cookie data allow us to track usage behavior and compile data that we use to improve the site and target advertising. This data will be used in aggregate form; no specific users will be tracked. We do not use cookies to uniquely identify you, except where such use helps us to make your visit more efficient.
